All consultations are conducted remotely via WhatsApp, phone call, or video call.

4. Consultation Process

4.1 Booking

• Consultations are scheduled based on availability
• You must provide accurate information when booking
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

4.2 Conduct

• Both parties agree to maintain respectful communication
• Consultations are confidential and private
• Recording of consultations requires prior consent

5. Payment Terms

• Consultation fees will be communicated before booking confirmation
• Payment must be completed before the scheduled consultation
• We accept payment via bank transfer, UPI, or other specified methods
• All fees are non-refundable unless the consultation is cancelled by us

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

6.1 By Client

• You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee
• No-shows will be charged the full consultation fee

6.2 By AstroVeda Wisdom

• We reserve the right to cancel consultations due to unforeseen circumstances
• In such cases, you will be offered a reschedule or full refund

7. Intellectual Property

• Consultation insights are for personal use only
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our content without permission

8. Limitation of Liability
